CENTRAL AC CLAIM A SLICE OF HISTORY!
Many congratulations to Central AC Senior Men who won the Elkington Shield and the team golds at Falkirk for the ninth successive years at Callendar Park today.
It's a new record after reaching eight last year to go level with Cambuslang's run from 1987-1994.
Today, the Central squad led by coach Derek Easton, won it with 100 points as Cambuslang (142) and Inverclyde AC (146) took the silver and bronze medals.
Central AC's team effort was led once again by Alastair Hay (8), Cameron Milne (10), Conan McCaughey (14), Dale Colley (15), Michael Wright (21) and Iain Davies (32).

Adam, second in Armagh recently, returned to his cross country roots to claim victory by a huge margin with Fife AC's Kevin Wood in second and Michael Christoforou of Edinburgh AC in third.
