Colin is the CEO and a Company Director of Scottish Athletics Ltd.

Joining Scottish Athletics in January 2017 as Head of Development, Colin played a pivotal role in the expansion of the Club Together programme, the national athletics facilities strategy, and the jogscotland recreational running programme. His leadership was crucial in steering the sport through the recovery from the Covid pandemic and securing increased public investment for the sport’s growth and community impact initiatives.

With nearly 20 years of professional experience in Scottish sport, Colin brings to the organisation a profound understanding of sport administration and development, as well as comprehensive expertise and a deep commitment to development athletics and using transformative power of sport for wider outcomes.
