Throws Specific Competition Opportunities: A 2026 Throws Season Route Map will be available in due course.

This document will act as a season route map for the event provision in each event – this will be non-exhaustive and will not include every single open graded and regional league, but should provide athletes and coaches with a baseline of where the opportunities are to compete in each event nationally.
