I’m Here

What is ‘I’m here’?

I’m here is the flagship programme that highlights the impact the partnership between scottishathletics and SAMH can have.

Essentially, I’m here is an education campaign for those delivering athletics in Scotland, in any capacity. It equips them, via an online e-learning module, to have a basic mental health conversation, and backs them with the guidance, resources, and support services of SAMH to signpost to.

What does the I’m here badge mean?

The I’m here badge was created for us by design partners Brand Oath. Its colour links it to the SAMH logo. It’s a slightly imperfect circle, to reflect the fact that none of us, or our lives, are perfect. The natural handwriting gives it a personal touch, and the fact the final line leads out of the circle and off the page shows that it’s travelling and moving towards something new.
