SUPER AT SEVENTY . ..BRITISH MASTERS BESTWord reaching us that Sandra Branny set a W70 British Best for 5k on the road on Friday night at Silverknowes.The VP-Glasgow athlete turned 70 only last week to move into the category and clocked a superb 21:51 (gun time) run at the Scottish 5k Champs.That's inside the previous mark of 21:53 (Yuko Gordon 21:51 in 2022) and it looks like only two American women have ever run faster.Great to spread the word on this and well done Sandra!*Photo by Bobby Gavin ...
