We’re delighted to promote the third and final edition of PB magazine for 2023 – issued this weekend to scottishathletics members.

This issue covers plenty ground and there’s a theme running through our 4J Annual Awards focus as we look at why ‘Everyone Has a Role to Play’ in athletics in Scotland – and can thus join in the celebrations after a special year.

Athlete of the Year Josh Kerr’s back story with Edinburgh AC encompasses that message and Eilidh Doyle, Guest of Honour for the 4J Awards, is in the frame, too, via a new mural in Perth city centre where her achievements are celebrated alongside those of Laura Muir.

We’ve cross country coverage from Cumbernauld and Lanark plus the thoughts from Eilish McColgan on the XC sponsorship support by Lindsays.

In our grassroots athletics section, we turn the spotlight on Springburn Harriers and Strathearn Harriers, two very different clubs but both enjoying growth.

Katy Barden interviews Megan Keith and there is a big read on Myles Edwards.
