Entries are still open for the Scottish Mid-Trail Champs – which taking place in Fife again early on Saturday 2 September.
Fife AC have kindly agreed to host the championships with Falkland Estate again the venue for races for all age groups – with medals on offer from U15 through to U20/Seniors/Masters.
National championship medals for individuals and teams are up for grabs on September 2 and entries will close next week on Tuesday 29 August.
It is four to count for teams – men and women – in the U20/Seniors/Masters race and three to count in the U15 and U17 races.

The Senior races are contested by men and women, in the same race, over a distance of around 12K. The start-finish area as at the Strathmiglo end of the estate. There are also championship evnets at U15 and U17 mixed gender races.
There are U11 and U13 development races, too, but these are not part of the Scottish Championships and are designed to give younger club athletes an early experience of trail running.
It all happens on the day Fife AC host their ‘Festival of Trail Running’ and the club welcome all standard of athletes from beginners in this discipline to Scotland internationals.
