Club and Volunteer of the Year short-lists

scottishathletics hosts the annual National Club Conference every autumn and this year’s event will take place on Saturday 4 November at the Hilton Hotel, Glasgow.

This year’s conference promises to be another extremely informative and engaging event with a number of scottishathletics clubs featuring in the programme alongside our guest presenters.

We are also delighted to announce that we will be launching our new software at this year’s conference with all delegates having the opportunity to attend a practical demonstration with Mike Lynch, GB Sport.

Based on your positive and constructive feedback from last year the 2017 conference also includes the following topics:

*Planning – the importance of planning and implementing your plan effectively

*More than an athletics club – working for and with your local community

*Welfare workshop by scottishathletics – supporting our clubs and ensuring your practices are up-to-date

*And due to popular demand six scottishathletics Clubs will present case studies sharing good practice

Time: 9.30am – 4pm (followed by Annual Awards Dinner at same venue)
