National Cross Country Relay Championships – Refund Requests Form – Fill in form

scottishathletics are pleased to confirm we have a date for the rescheduled Lindsays National XC Relays.

We will return to the regular Cumbernauld venue on Saturday 12 December to host the event.

Safety concerns and weather warnings led to the decision to cancel the Lindsays National XC Relays last Saturday.

Now, working with North Lanarkshire Council and host club Cumbernauld AAC as well as our event volunteers and Officials, we are pleased to confirm December 12 as a rescheduled date.

Thanks for your patience and support for events in the Lindsays Cross Country Season.

Points to note for the moment:

*All existing entries will stand and be moved over to the rescheduled date (with 541 teams entered)

*Clubs can slot in different athletes but everyone who races that day should have up-to-date membership with scottishathletics.

*The timetable has been brought forward by an hour (see table below) to ensure an earlier finish for mid-December date

Young Females: race start 11am

Young Males: race start 11.40am

Senior/Junior/Masters Women: race start 12.10pm

Senior/Junor/Masters Men and Non-Binary: race start 1.30pm

(Declarations close 30 minutes before these start times)

Further points around refunds:

*Online declarations will be cleared and all clubs will declare again for the new date. This means different athletes can be selected as required. All athletes must hold up to date scottishathletics membership on the NEW date (December 12)

*Any clubs/teams unable to attend on the new date may request a refund via a linked form. The deadline to request a refund is 5pm Thursday 12 November.

*On Monday 16 November at 10am, any unused places will go back on sale online for any clubs who would like extra teams.

*Final closing date is 5pm Thursday 26 November

*New declarations will open shortly after final closing date
