Grangemouth to host 4J Senior and U17s and Age Groups will be in Aberdeen

scottishathletics national championship events will head for Aberdeen and Grangemouth in August.

The finale of the #4Jathletics season will feature our Age Group Champs and the Senior and U17 Champs as usual.

And we can confirm the dates and venues for these events, with it all happening over a nine-day spell in August.

The 4J Age Group Champs will take place in Aberdeen on the weekend of Saturday 16 August and Sunday 17 August.

This event covers national champs for U13, U15 and U20 athletes and entries will open to scottishathletics members on Thursday 3 July.

Entries will close on Thursday 31 July.

The 4J Senior and U17 Champs will take place at Grangemouth on the following weekend – Saturday 23 August and Sunday 24 August.

Entries for this event will open to scottishathletics members on Thursday 10 July.

Entries will close on Thursday 7 August.

We regard these national championship events as key fixtures in the season and hope athletes, coaches and clubs will see them as the main target for the 2025 season.

Look out for entries opening for Aberdeen and Grangemouth and, when that happens, please help us spread the word. The deeper the fields then the better the competition.
