The Scottish Veteran Harriers Club are hosting the 2016 Masters British and Irish International XC on Saturday (November 12) in Glasgow.

Scotland teams will compete in the races for Masters athletes in five-year age group bandings from 35 up to 75 around either three or four laps of a 2k route at Tollcross Park.

Male and female teams will compete at a high level and during the evening, following the series of races, there will be an annual dinner and presentation of awards in the Crowne Plaza Hotel on Glasgow’s waterfront.

The event goes ahead with the support of the Glasgow Marketing Bureau, Glasgow City Council and Awards for All.

In addition to the Home International Races there will be male and female Open Races of 8k and 6k respectively, on the same day with prizes for 1st, 2nd and 3rd places.

Women and M65+ 11.30am

M50-64 12.30pm

M35-49 1.15pm
