Scotland teams for CE Home International and England Throws Fest
Scotland teams have been named for two event-specific meets coming up on the first weekend of September.
We’re pleased to select athletes to compete at the Combined Events Home International in Belfast and also for the England Athletics Throws Festival in Northampton.
Four athletes will head to Belfast with eight throwers picked for the event at Northampton. Both take place over September 3/4.
For the Combined Events Home International in Belfast:
Men
Senior: Tom Chandler (Central AC/Basingstoke and Mid Hants)
U20: William Hodi (Nairn Area AC); Adam Hoole (Team East Lothian)
Women
U17: Stroma Fraser (Inverness Harriers).
For the England Athletics Throws Festival in Northampton
Men
U18 Hammer: Callum Hendry (VP-Glasgow)
Women
U18 Hammer: Angela-McAuslan-Kelly (Aberdeen AAC)
U18 Shot Put: Paige Stevens (Falkirk Victoria Harriers); Meghan Porterfield (VP-Glasgow); Jade Gray (Law and District AAC)
U18 Discus: Meghan Porterfield (VP-Glasgow)
U20 Shot Put: Teddy Tchoudja (Shettleston Harriers); Amy Kennedy (Cumbernauld AAC)
