Central AC came up with their best ever place finish at the Euro Clubs Cross event in Portugal.
The Scots finished in eighth place after solid performances by Jamie Crowe (20), Hamish Hickey (33), Alastair Marshall (40) and Luca Fanottoli (43).
Many congratulations to coach Derek Easton and all the team . . .

We are also keen to highlight fine run in the United States by Oliver Patton of Kilbarchan AAC.
The Oklahoma State athlete clocked 4:03.65 for an indoor mile and that’s a Scottish U20 best (beating a 4:04 mark by Corey Campbell).
Great to see Scottish athletes continue to progress across the Atlantic.
