Next round of Regional Development Days to help our coaches

Calling coaches and clubs.

Our Regional Development Days are scheduled over the next few weeks and we look forward to more learning and growing knowledge taking place at our sessions.

These RDD days are open to the coaches who have signed up earlier this winter for our 2022-23 education programme and led by our experienced team of Coach Developers.

Sunday 12 March: At Grangemouth; Sprint Hurdles sessions will run from 9.30am-12.30pm. Long Hurdles sessions will run from 1pm-4pm.

Saturday 18 March: The jumps (high jump and horizontal jumps) will take place at the Emirates Arena (10am-1pm) and will be led by Linda Nicholson and Ken Allan

Saturday 18 March: Our throws session is at Scotstoun (10am-1pm)

Sunday 19 March: Throws session at Grangemouth (10am-1pm)

Saturday 18 March: Sprints sessions will take place at Grangemouth (East) and Emirates Arena (West).

We have also now opened the google form for sign-ups for the North Jumps RDD (Saturday 1 April) led by Ken Allan and Linda Nicholson and Throws RDD (Sunday 2 April) both at Inverness.
