Could you help build our sport for the future?

Competition can’t happen without the expert oversight of our Officials, and it’s important that we work continually on the current and future development of our volunteer Officials workforce.

The Recruitment, Retention and Reward Group is a sub-group of the Officials’ Commission, which aids in the recruitment of new officials, retention of current officials and rewards for all officials.

We are keen to attract new members to the group – could you join us?

The group is supported by our officials development officer, Shona Malcolm, and meets approximately every three months, on a voluntary basis. currently via Zoom.
