Enter online – 4J Studios National Indoor Open

The 4J Studios National Indoor Open is lined up of for Saturday 8 January at the Emirates Arena in Glasgow.

And places are filling up fast with scottishathletics members reminded that they have priority throughout November for our 4J Indoor Season events. Thereafter, the events are open (to visitors from England, Ireland etc).

Please note that on the Event section page, we have marked the number of available places per track or field event and some of those are already operating a waiting list process.

All entries must be submitted online, through the individual or club portals. No late entries will be accepted and the closing date is midnight on Monday 13 December (or as events sell out).

For the 4J Indoor Open, athletes may enter a maximum of TWO events.

Athletes are only permitted to enter one of 200m OR 300m OR 400m OR 800m OR 1500m events in order to allow as many athletes as possible the chance to participate.

Entry costs: £8 per event

Registration for coaches/spectators for 4J National Indoor Open (Saturday January)

Restrictions on the overall number for indoor events – due to Covid-19 risks – have ensured we are limiting coaches/spectators to one per competitor for events at the 4J Indoor Season.

Whilst scottishathletics appreciates that parents, family members and friends will want to support competing athletes, we also need to provide the safest atmosphere possible for those participating, and this means restricting spectator access at this time. We hope to return to full stands of spectators for outdoor events.

All athletes may be accompanied by ONE spectator on the day of any event. Spectators must arrive and leave with the athlete.

Coaches supporting competing athletes will be able to attend in addition to spectators, but will still be asked to name the athlete(s) they are there to support whilst registering.

All spectators and coaches must register online in advance of each event through the individual portal. There will be NO pay-on-the-day option.
