Glasgow-bound! Entries open online for 4J Indoor Season at Emirates Arena

The 4J Indoor Season is coming soon to the Emirates Arena in Glasgow!

Covid-19 restrictions put paid to indoor action earlier this year for all but a very few athletes, so we are absolutely delighted to announce a return.

Entries are now open for a whole range of events through January and February and the online system can be accessed through our Event section calendar.

The best way to do this is by putting in the word ‘indoor’ in the search space when clicking on the Events calendar link.

With a view to keeping everyone safe and reducing the risks associated with indoor events, the overall capacity of events is a little down on previous years.

In order to give as many athletes as possible the opportunity to compete indoors within the capacity restrictions, all athletes may enter a maximum of two events in any individual Championship (except combined events).

Full details of any additional entry restrictions can be found on the fixture page for each specific event.

scottishathletics members have been given the opportunity to secure their places during November before general entries open on December 1.

Saturday 22 January: Senior and U17 Champs

Sunday 13 February: Masters Indoor Champs

Saturday 19 February: U15 Champs

Sunday 20 February: U13 Champs

Saturday 19 February and Sunday 20 February: U20 Champs

U13: Born 1 Sept 2009 – 31 Aug 2011
U15: Born 1 Sept 2007 – 31 Aug 2009
U17: Born 1 Sept 2005 – 31 Aug 2007
U20: Born 1 Jan 2003 – 31 Aug 2005
Senior: Born on or before 31 Dec 2002
Masters: 35 and over on day of competition
