We’re delighted our sport is starting to move back towards a full return of group training with the latest Phase 3 announcements all part of our overall Exit Plan.
But there are still plenty of opportunities for training alone, or at home, which can help athletes of all ages stay fit and prepare for competition later in the year.
And in that regard we feel the ‘I Challenge You’ series of athletics at home exercises is still well worth dipping into!
We’ve eight exercises in total demonstrated by top athletes with a big thank you to Guy Learmonth, Allan Smith, Josh Kerr, Nikki Manson and Derek Rae.
