Athlete and Coach Training Day
Grangemouth Stadium Sunday 5 October
The first of our winter training days for young hammer throwers and their coaches will take place at the Grangemouth Indoor Arena on Sunday 5 October.
All young hammer throwers are invited. Coaches and those wishing to develop their knowledge of the event are very welcome.
Please assemble at 9:30am for a 9:45am start with a 12:30pm finish. There will be a charge of £3 to cover the cost of the venue.
The Lead Technical Coach for the day will be Karen Costello assisted by Jim Green, with other guest coaches. Bruce Robb, Scottish Institute of Sport Strength and Conditioning Coach, will continue with training sessions on the art of how to lift properly.
