4J Indoor Season will return to the Emirates Arena early in 2025

The 4J Indoor Season is being planned for early 2025 – with a welcome return to the Emirates Arena!

Refurbishment work last winter ensured a superb venue for the World Indoors as Glasgow 2024 captured global attention.

Our own Indoor Season was significantly affected, however, and it will be great to return to the new track for our regular roster of championship events.

Thanks are due in advance to 4J Studios who continue to support athletics in Scotland via their backing for track and field events both indoor and outdoor.

And, indeed, we look forward to our dedicated team of scottishathletics Officials helping deliver the events as scheduled below.

Saturday 25 January – 4J National Indoor Senior and U17 Championships

Sunday 26 January – 4J SUPERteams

Sunday 2 February – 4J Masters Indoor Championships and National Relays

Saturday 8 February – 4J National Indoor Combined Events and Relays

Sunday 9 February – 4J National Indoor Combined Events and Masters 3k Championships

Saturday 1 March – 4J National Indoor U15/U20 Championships

Sunday 2 March – 4J National Indoor U13/U20 Championships
