The second of our Throws Grand Prix series takes place at Livingston on Saturday as part of the Event Specific Series.
Start-lists are now online and we’re delighted with more than 100 athletes having put themselves forward to compete – including around 40 entrants in the hammer throw!
However, we are still looking for a little more assistance in the running of this competition and a couple of additional volunteer helpers would be ideal!
scottishathletics had a good response in this regard for the FPSG District Champs and it would be great to see support for our qualified Officials again.

Aberdeen Sports Village is then the focus of attention on Sunday with two events taking place.
The first of our Jumps Series events is happening as part of our Event Specific Series for 2019.
And there is also an open 5000m event which hosts the Scottish Masters Champs over that distance – with medals awarded in five-year age bands from V35 upwards. The medals are subject to certain performance standards being achieved.
Start-lists and Timetable information is all on the Events Section page
On that page, there is also a link which will become Live Results during the competition on Sunday.
