The Emirates Arena is the place to be at the moment and there’s another championship weekend looming at the end of February.

Saturday 28 February and Sunday 1 March should be busy with three different Championships on-going over those dates.

The Combined Events Senior Champs also covers the British Championships as we play host to athletes from around the UK.

In CE, there are Scottish Champs for Seniors, U20, U18, U16 and U14. See below for details on Age Group eligibility.

The Masters 3000m takes place on the Sunday.

The Senior and U18 Relays take place on the Saturday.

All entries must be submitted online by clubs through JustGO by a club administrator. There will be no entries accepted on the day. Clubs are required to confirm at least one athlete within their pool at the point of entry. Team declarations will be made via OpenTrack and will be available from the week leading up to the championships, clubs will have all athletes with a valid scottishathletics membership available for selection on the day.

The maximum number of teams entered per club will be restricted as follows:

All clubs are limted to – TWO teams only per age group

Any club wishing to enter additional teams should e-mail events@scottishathletics.org.uk to be added to the waiting list.

Teams will be contacted as soon as possible after final entries close to confirm whether their request can be accommodated within the final numbers

Age Groups

U14: Born 2014 or 2013

U16: Born 2012 or 2011

U18: Born 2010 or 2009

U20: Born 2008 or 2007

Senior: Born 2006 or earlier

Masters aged 35 or over on the day of competition. Age bands span 5-years, starting from V35

This event also encompasses the scottishathletics U18 and Senior Relay Championships. Athletes entering the U18 or U20 Men’s Heptathlon may be entered as part of a Relay squad, but they will not be eligible to declare for both a Combined Event and a Relay on the same day.
