Job Title: Pathway and Coaching Officer
Contract Length: 16 months fixed term (with potential to extend)

Kilmarnock Harriers are a well-established, ambitious and successful athletics club based in East Ayrshire. Kilmarnock Harriers have an athlete membership of over 300 and are ambitious about seeking to grow their capacity further and strengthen the clubs development.
About You
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual with a passion for club development and coaching. You will have a strong understanding of how clubs operate and experience of athletics coaching.
You are someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, are well organised, can think creatively to overcome challenges, and is committed to supporting athletes, coaches, volunteers and the broader community.

About the Role
The pathway and coaching officer will play a major role in overseeing the overall club coaching structure and athlete pathway, ensuring it meets national guidelines of best practice for age and stage development.
