Key Information for East Fortune
Scotland selections at the London Mini Marathon are on the line this weekend at our Young Athletes Road Races.
Clubs and athletes in the U17, U15 and U13 age groups head for the closed race circuit at East Fortune in East Lothian.
And with more than 400 names on the start-lists for Saturday’s events we are looking forward to an exciting series of races.
Greenock was the venue last year but in keeping with recent years, the YARR moves back to east this time having previously been hosted at East Fortune back in 2023.
We are pleased to say there are 432 names this time – a solid increase on the 384 entrants two years ago at this venue. Good to see the numbers looking very healthy, too, in all three female categories.
Scottish championship medals are on offer at all three age groups for individuals and for teams (three to count).

At U17 and U15 level the London Mini Marathon element is included. The top four finishers in those races are automatic selections to represent Scotland in London on Saturday 26 April.
Please note that teams of six are selected with two discretionary places, although form at the YARR may be taken into consideration by our selection panel.
Race Schedule for Saturday:

U15 Girls: 12.30pm
