Inter County chance at Bedford
There is a track and field competition opportunity coming up for Scottish athletes at Bedford over the weekend of August 1 and 2.
The CAU Inter County Championships are being held then and will be incorporated into the England Athletics Championships.
This is an opportunity for athletes in the West, East and North Districts – as each Scottish District can have two athletes entered per event.
Any Senior/U20 athlete wishing to be considered for selection and who has achieved the entry standard for any of the District teams MUST email Leslie Roy – leslie.roy1@virginmedia.com by Monday 20 July at the latest to express interest. When doing so, please give the following information: Name; Event; District; Best performance in 2014 or 2015; Email address
A copy of the entry standards is available here and we’d love to see Scottish athletes taking advantage of this chance to compete at Bedford.
