scottishathletics expect that there will be a further Scottish Government announcement on Thursday (June 18) or Friday (June 19) on the phases out of Covid-19 restrictions.

It is anticipated that the move to Phase 2 will come into effect from Monday (June 22) and that will have widespread implications for our sport.

In preparation, we have arranged the following ‘update and Q and A’ sessions such as we delivered for Phase 1.

These sessions will be in addition to guidance documents we will publish for clubs, athletes, coaches and facilities. These documents will be circulated as soon as possible following the announcement, once group sizes/the number of households that can meet are confirmed.

Monday 22 June (6pm to 7pm) Update and Q and A; (7pm to 7.30pm) Covid Co-ordinators

Tuesday 23 June (10am to 11am) Update and Q and A; (11am-11.30pm) Covid Co-ordinators
