The scottishathletics Annual General Meeting for 2020 will be held on Saturday 26 September.
As things stand and with Covid-19 restrictions likely to remain for some time for indoor gatherings, we are working towards holding an online meeting. This will almost certainly happen via Zoom and will take place from 10am that day.
Clubs would be invited for delegates to ‘attend’ the AGM from home with the meeting being hosted in the usual way by chairman Ian Beattie.
We are currently working on the Annual Report and this year’s AGM covers the period from April 1 2019 to March 31 2020.
The Annual Report and financial papers will be issued to clubs at a later date and we will, of course, also advise further arrangements for the ‘Virtual AGM’ nearer the time – including provisions for voting procedures.
For the moment we would ask clubs to please ‘Save the Date’ as it is very important we have a quorum on September 26.
Thank You for your support.
