There are group XC Sessions taking place this winter and we are always keen to flag these up when we can.

Glasgow, North (two venues) and Edinburgh have sessions scheduled and there’s a full list of dates in the story linked above.

The Glasgow Athletics Association Endurance Group host their first one of the season this Saturday (October 15):

*Bellahouston Park with athletes to be warmed up for first rep at 10.30am. Ages from U15 and above. More details online

The North District are also hosting sessions this Saturday, again with the first rep from 10.30am.

*At Grant Park, Forres, and also with an east option at Inverurie Sports Centre. Athletes aged from U17 and above.

Big thank you to all the coaches and volunteers who are setting up these sessions and making them happen with scottishathletics in support of the goal to raise overall standards.
