Young athletes competing at the TCS London Mini Marathon this year will have the chance to meet World gold medallist Jake Wightman – to help inspire them on their running journeys.
The event will host a Q and with Jake, for athletes, the night before the race.
He is himself a Mini Marathon veteran, having competed in 2009 as an U15 (pictured below, back left – photo by Neil Renton).
A total of 24 Scots will compete at the event on 22 April, over a 2.6K course, with four teams of six athletes across the U15 and U17 age groups.
