We’re delighted that menopause expert Dr Juliet McGrattan will be holding a free webinar on this important topic, open to all scottishathletics and jogscotland members.
Juliet has hosted webinars previously for our coaches and jog leaders, who will vouch for what a fantastic, informative and useful session it is – whether you’re experiencing menopause yourself or just want to be more informed.
We’d positively encourage men to join the call – it’s a chance for everyone to understand this stage of life better, and the ways it can affect our ability to stay active.
The hour-long webinar will be held at 7.30pm on Monday 25 March, covering menopause symptoms, how they can impact on running and athletics, and useful tips to keep active or support others Click here to sign up.
