Live results service from Aberdeen

Aberdeen plays host to the Scottish Senior Champs this weekend and we’ve already advised on our live stream from the venue as well as social media coverage.

Now, for the first time in recent years, we’re delighted to be bringing you a live results service direct from the Senior Champs.

To access this, you can visit the live results page in your web browser free of charge; or download the Track Meet Mobile app, for Apple or Android (app is free but there is a per-event charge).

It means you can keep right up to date with results from events as they come in at Aberdeen Sports Village as once again scottishathletics seeks to improve our communications service for members and the wider public.

Seniors Preview and key information

Many thanks to our new Events Manager, Alasdhair Love, and others involved for all their hard work in preparation on this (and other issues) for the Senior Champs.

We’ve a Twitter hashtag, too, on #SALChamps and we would love to see people getting involved there with tweets on the action. As a consequence of the live results being available, we will be using our own Twitter feed to offer some highlights from Aberdeen rather than up-dating every result.

Photographer Bobby Gavin will be us again this weekend in the Granite City and look out for his images in the coming days across Facebook and our own website as well as subsequently on his own site.
