Lindsays Cross Country Season 2026-27 dates

The Lindsays Cross Country Season will very soon be upon us – and entries are open for the first events!

September in Scotland means cross country is coming up NEXT MONTH and we know many folk across the club endurance community simply cannot wait!

We’ve opened entries for the Lindsays District XC Relays taking place at three venues on Saturday 10 October.

The East event will be held at Dechmont in Livingston

The North event is being held this year at Bught Park in Inverness

The West event will once again be hosted at the Ayrshire Athletics Arena in Kilmarnock

Entries for the Lindsays District XC Relays at three venues will close at 5pm on Thursday 24 September.

Races this year are at U14, U16 and 18 level for young athletes and then for Senior/Junior/Masters athletes (over 4k distance).

Clubs should also make themselves familiar with the Age Group changes which come into effect for the winter season.

Clubs are only required to enter a minimum of one eligible athlete per team at this stage, final teams will be declared via the OpenTrack system from the week before the fixture.

All eligible members will be available to declare on the day.
