Athlete and Coach Training Session
Grangemouth Stadium Sunday 14 December 2014
The third of our winter training sessions for young hammer throwers and their coaches will take place at the Grangemouth Indoor Arena on Sunday 14 December.
All young and new hammer throwers are invited. Coaches and parents who wish to develop their knowledge of the event are very welcome. Please assemble at 9:30am for 9:45am start, with a 12:30pm finish. There will be a charge of £3 to cover the cost of the venue.
Lead Throws Coach for the day will be Colin McCulloch assisted by Jim Green. For the Strength and Conditioning sessions, Karen Costello will lead.
