Calling all throwers and throws coaches!

The summer season is almost with us and we’re keen to highlight the first scottishathletics Throws GP of 2024.

Aberdeen Sports Village is the venue on Sunday 28 April and entries are closing on Thursday of this week.

Athletics are invited to enter now and events on offer are hammer, shot, discus, javelin and seated throws.

Please note that entries will close at 5pm on Thursday 18 April.

This is the first of three Throws GP events scheduled by scottishathletics for this summer at three different venues around Scotland.

After Aberdeen the two remaning meets are:

Grangemouth on Saturday 25 May (closes May 16)

Ayrshire Athletics Arena at Kilmarnock on Saturday 20 July (closes July 11)
