Picked for Scotland: Eight athletes are selected to compete at the Armagh Road Races

Scotland will send teams to the Armagh Road Races next month.

And we are pleased today to name the eight athletes now selected for races on Thursday 12 February.

It is always a highlight in the road running calendar with the Armagh event renowned for delivering fast times.

Scottish athletes have excelled in recent years at an event which sees the men run 5k and the women over 3k in the town centre course.

Scotland Women

Anya Maclean (Garscube/Edinburgh Uni); Emily McNicol (Law and District AAC); Stefanie Tucker (Cambuslang Harriers); Brogan Wallace (Shettleston Harriers)

Scotland Men

Jamie Crowe (Central AC); Andrew McGill (Glasgow Uni/Cambuslang Harriers); Jack Patton (Kilbarchan AAC); Logan Rees (Fife AC)

Congratulations to the athletes selected to represent Scotland at Armagh and to their families, coaches and clubs.
