scottishathletics are pleased to announce our free club education programme for 2020.
The programme covers a whole range of topics which all hopefully hold relevance for clubs, depending on the stage of development.
It opens with a webinar on Wednesday 26 February on the issue of ‘Legal Structures’ and that is followed on Tuesday 3 March with a session at the Emirates Arena in Glasgow on ‘Employment Tax’.
‘This is probably our most extensive club education calendar yet and we’re delighted with the range of education sessions we are able to offer to our clubs in 2020,’ said Colin Hutchison, scottishathletics Head of Development.
‘This year we are re-introducing some webinars to the schedule which hopefully helps as many clubs and leaders as possible to access our programme.
‘We’ve taken the opportunity to release the programme as early as possible so club representatives can save the dates and make plans to attend the sessions.’

Once again the National Club Conference will take place on the same day as the 4J Studios scottishathletics Annual Awards and this year’s date is Saturday 14 November at the Hilton Hotel, Glasgow.
Thanks to the clubs and leaders that continue to feedback to the Development Team on their needs, as this information has been vital in helping us to shape the programme.
Booking instructions for each education session will be communicated directly to club secretaries and through our social media channels.
