Scottish athletes were in marathon action in Spain over the weekend as the Valencia Marathon took centre stage on Sunday.Ryan Thomson of Cambuslang has his second crack at the distance and came up with a very solid run to get sub 2:20 with a time of 2:18.36.Corstorphine AAC athlete Dougie Selman continued his improvement in the marathon with a new PB of 2:20.27 (after running 2:24 last year).Ginie Barrand of Metro Aberdeen is on the scottishathletics Marathon Project and came up with 2:35.25.
