Online course bookings and resources suspended for the moment

We regret to advise that Athletics Hub – the booking and resource platform for leaders, coaches and officials – has been temporarily suspended while essential maintenance and security upgrades are completed.

Therefore, education course, licence renewal mandatory training bookings and access online modules and resources will be affected during this time.

This decision has been made in response to a recently identified global security issue affecting certain PHP-based web environments. Whilst we have no evidence that our systems or customer data have been compromised, protecting the information entrusted to us remains our highest priority.

Taking the site offline allows us to implement recommended updates, undertake additional security checks, and ensure that appropriate protections are in place before services are restored.

We recognise that this may cause inconvenience and apologise for the disruption.

However, we believe this cautious approach is the right course of action to safeguard customer data and minimise any potential cyber security risk.

We are working closely with our technology partners and following recognised cyber security guidance. The full service will be restored as soon as it is safe to do so.
