Head for Ayr! Busy weekend of #4Jathletics events
The #4Jathletics ‘caravan’ moves on again this weekend with Ayr the next venue on our championship calendar.
And it should be a busy couple of days at the Riverside Arena in South Ayrshire.
The 4J Combined Events championship programme is split over the two days with national medals to be won on Saturday and Sunday.
Our programme on Saturday also features the 4J Masters Champs and Open Para events.
There are also a couple of open steeplechase races taking place in Ayr on Saturday.
Sunday sees further Combined Events action across the older age groups and for some younger ones, too. There are also 5000m races for Masters with medals up for grabs.
Thank you to all the athletes who have entered these events and good luck to you and your coaches and clubs.
At this stage, too, we put on record again our thanks to our scottishathletics Officials who will make the event happen.
