Scottish athletes are competing down south again this weekend as England Athletics host their U20/U23 Champs at Bedford.
The event doubles up as trials for the World Juniors coming up in a few weeks in Cali, Colombia.
Alyson Bell and Brodie Young will be among those hoping to book their selection for GB and NI and, of course, places in finals or on the podium in Bedford are coveted, too.
We wish good luck to all Scots headed for Bedford this weekend to compete and to their families and coaches, too.

Scotland are taking a team to the U20 Welsh International event on Wednesday 17 August.
We confirmed this previously with the selection process underway and the team to be picked on Wednesday 20 July.
Please note that the event schedule has been altered by organisers Welsh Athletics. The full list of events for Swansea is now within an up-dated version of our International Handbook for Track and Field.
U20 and U17 athletes will be considered for selection.

There’s international action taking place this weekend in Northern Ireland, too.
Belfast is the venue for the SIAB International Track and Field meeting on Saturday with teenagers from across Britain and Ireland set to compete.
The Scottish Schools Athletics Association are taking a big team across to Belfast for the action at the Mary Peters Stadium.
We wish good luck to these young athletes as well as the team management, teachers and coaches.
