Enter now for final Throws and Jumps GPs – plus Hurdles Open

There are event specific opportunities coming up in July as our 4J Outdoor Season heads towards National Champs in August.

We have the final in our GP series for the Jumps and for the Throws over the weekend of July 23 and July 24.

Grangemouth is the venue for the Jumps GP following the third in the series at Dundee.

Also that day, Saturday 23 July, we have scheduled our scottishathletics Hurdles Open. There will be race opportunities in the hurdles for all age groups from U13 to Seniors (including Masters).

In the Throws, our fourth and final GP takes place the following day on Sunday 24 July and that will be at Linwood.

Enter online for Throws GP at Linwood on the Sunday and athlete can enter online via the Event section page links.

Entries are open through to Thursday 7 July.

*Restrictions in U15 Triple Jump run-up have been lifted and no longer apply to our events.
