North District XC sessions also start this Saturday – in Forres.

Athletes are invited to come along and enjoy the benefit of training together at Grant Park, Forres, with a series of XC reps. Those taking part should be ready to start at 10.30am, with the session being 10 x 3 minutes with 90 seconds recovery.
