We’re delighted to be launching the first set of confirmed workshops for 2018 offering further education and support to those clubs involved in the club modernisation programme,’ said Colin Hutchison, head of development at scottishathletics.

The feedback we have received through leaders and clubs at previous workshops is continuing to influence the programme and this feedback is vital to ensure the workshop programme continues to meet the needs of the clubs involved.

‘We’re currently consulting on the schedule for June-December 2018 so please take the time to share your thoughts with us.

‘The club modernisation programme continues to be a catalyst for change in our member clubs and the workshop programme and one-to-one support provided by our National Club Managers is vital to ensuring the clubs engaged continue to develop.

‘The opportunity for clubs to join the modernisation programme remains open so if your club and committee has the commitment to learn and develop then we would certainly be delighted to have a further conversation with you.’
