CALLUM VOWS TO BOUNCE BACK:
Great coverage across a number of today's Scottish newspapers following interviews on Wednesday with Callum Hawkins.
Love this piece in the Daily Record on how the family of Celtic legend Paul McStay, some of whom were once with Kilbarchan AAC, were at the marathon at Gold Coast and then forwarded their best wishes and a gift to Callum.
'The McStays sent me a boomerang to show that I will come back stronger. I need to find a place on my wall for that because it was a great gesture.'
Also coverage in the Herald as Stewart Fisher looks at the issue of officials stepping in to stop an athlete running if they are not in a condition to do so.
