Busy weekend ahead at Grangemouth for #4Jathletics action
The #4Jathletics Championship season is very much here!
Three of the next four weekends will see Scottish National medals to be won at events in our 4J Outdoor Season.
This Saturday and Sunday the venue is Grangemouth and we expect a couple of busy days for athletes, coaches and Officials.
The 4J Combined Events are staged over two days and the programme also inludes our 4J Masters Champs as well as open Para events and steeplechase races.
Thank you to all the athletes who have entered these events and good luck to you and your coaches and clubs.
At this stage, too, we put on record again our thanks to our scottishathletics Officials who will make the event happen.
