The Scottish 10,000m Champs will be held in Glasgow at the end of next month.
Friday 25 April is the date for diaries and the event is hosted by the Glasgow Athletics Association at Crownpoint.
As is usual, races will offer up medal opportunities at Senior and Masters level (from M35) on the night.
This year, in a new format, there will also be open graded races over 800m for U15 and U17 athletes – with many looking to start their outdoor season via this opportunity.
Online entry only for this event opened from 7pm on Friday 28 March with the prices being:
10,000m – £12 per entry
800m – £10 per entry
(Please note there are no pacers in the 800m races).
If you are interested in helping to pace the 10,000m, please email Robert Hawkins robert.hawkins@scottishathletics.org.uk
There will be a GAA prize pot on the night for the 10,000m races. The standards for this and the prize pot are currently to be confirmed.
With thanks to the Glasgow Athletics Association
