Results and Photos from Grangemouth

Grangemouth played host to two Scottish Championship events over the weekend.

And Sunday’s action also featured a pilot scottishathletics Hurdles Open Graded event as we took the opportunity to try and help in event specific development.

The Combined Events athletes competed over two days, while Saturday saw more than 100 Masters athletes contest titles and medals in five-year age-groups from V35 (subject to certain performance standards).

We operated a LIVE RESULTS service from Grangemouth over the weekend and it can be accessed online to check results.

As always on these occasions, we are indebted to our hard-working scottishathletics Officials for making sure events happen. The commitment and support is much appreciated by ahtletes, coaches and clubs.

*Coming up next in terms of National Championships are the Age Groups at Scotstoun Stadium in Glasgow on the weekend of August 19/20.

Then, the following weekend, it is a return to Grangemouth for the Scottish Senior and Parallel Success Champs and Scottish U17 Champs (August 26/27).
