Two dozen young Scots are headed for London this weekend and a chance to compete in the Virgin Money Mini Marathon.

The event was cancelled in the spring of 2020 and also in April 2021 – when it was postponed to this weekend.

And we’re pleased to be able to give the opportunity to four teams of six athletes in the U17 and U15 age groups in London.

We make it 15 different clubs represented with large selections for Giffnock North AC, Team East Lothian and Aberdeen AAC.

Good luck to all the athletes set to race this weekend and their coaches, families and clubs and thanks in advance to those volunteers helping us with Team Management duties.

Scotland U17 Women:
