There are cross country group training sessions coming up this weekend in Glasgow and the North as athletes and coaches start to look towards key events early in 2023.
scottishathletics fully supports the concept of group training on a regular basis with the goal of trying to raise overall standards.
These sessions are also good for coaches to network informally and chat about forthcoming events and training plans.
Thanks in advance to the clubs buying into these and also in particular to the coaches and organisers who put on the sessions.
