Our friends at jogscotland have set up another online education session around the menopause.
Dr Juliet McGrattan is our presenter once again and the webinar will take place on Thursday 13 June from 7.30pm.
We’re opening the session up to anyone across the jogscotland and athletics in Scotland communities in roles as leaders/coaches/members/Officials.
In this webinar, Juliet will cover nutrition for running and menopause, foods that can trigger symptoms and make them worse, myth bust some ideas around supplements, look at issues around under fuelling and protein requirements.
Again, we understand this might clash with some group sessions so please do register anyway, even if you can’t attend on the night and you will be sent a link to the recording afterwards.
